The Library Association of Bihar (LAB) successfully organized a National Workshop on “Tools &
Techniques for Research in the Current Context” (NWTTR-2021), held throughout August 2021
(1st – 30th August 2021).
This month-long event was held in celebration of the 129th Birth Anniversary of the Father of
Library Science, Dr. S.R. Ranganathan, and was a great success.
The workshop featured a comprehensive series of lectures delivered by eminent Library and
Information Science (LIS) professionals on various topics designed to update knowledge in the
field.
- The main lecture series was conducted every Sunday from 10:30 AM to 01:00 PM.
- Special Lectures were also organized on August 12, 2021, at 10:00 AM to mark the celebration of National Librarians’ Day.
